Beacon's Chalice

The Beacon Unitarian Church colour logo described by its creator, artist Donna Hamilton: "The gold chalice of the logo comes from the tall bronze chalice of our worship services. This chalice was donated at Beacon's formation by Audrey Graham in memory of her husband, Duncan Graham. The multi-part flame comes from our Religious Education bowl-like chalice. This chalice was purchased in Beacon's early days from the children's collections. The rainbow colours of the flame signify the diversity within our congregation and denomination. Together they form a single flame, representing the underlying unity that connects us all."
